All styling services are strictly MOBILE. Sorry, we do NOT provide a physical location

To ensure the best experience, please read service list thoroughly to select the services best suited for your needs. Prices are listed ` a' la carte, so please make sure to select ALL services desired.

Due to high volume requests, our appointment slots may fill up quickly. We kindly advise booking at least one week advance to ensure availability.
​

If a specific date/time is not available, please contact us directly. Same Day/ Squeeze-In appointments are accommodated for an additional fee.
​

Prior to appointment hair MUST be shampooed, free of any products, blown completely dry & thoroughly detangled.
​

For custom WIGS, COLOR, & LACE request: the hair or lace MUST be picked up 3 days in advance.
​

ALL appointments will incur a minimum Traveling Fee of $10 & Up. Rates vary due to location, so select the appropriate miles from our service area zip of 07079. Please be advised that we do not travel for individual services valued less than $75.

When booking, an appropriate address of your location should be typed in the "Booking Notes".
​

Please acknowledge that there may be a wait time or grace period (30 mins) for our arrival due to each client having a different circumstance and location. ​​​​

A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $25 is mandatory in order to book. Deposits will be applied toward service rendered. Please be advised that if you book an appointment without sending your deposit, your appointment will be CANCELED.​​

Deposit Links will be sent in confirmation email.

Remaining balances are to be paid in CASH on the day of appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide a 24HR notice. Doing so will permit your deposit to be applied toward your newly scheduled appointment date.

ALL DEPOSITS are seized for same day cancellations and no shows
​

If due to unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel your appointment, I will promptly refund your deposit at 100%​​​

We are NOT responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to the braiding and weaving process. In the event that you are experiencing tightness, discomfort, or a burning sensation that is unusual, you should contact us immediately for a removal.​

Sorry, we do NOT offer cash refunds on any services or products.

We aim to please all of our clients! In any event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided; please notify us within 48HRS and we will gladly work with you to resolve any problems within a reasonable time.
